A. leave us the NAME and the FONT number when you checkout, or send us an e-mail：pj@fragrance-gift.com with your ORDER number, the NAME and the FONT number. VERY IMPORTANT!!!!
Q2. How long does it take until you receive your piece?
A. Usually, we need 10-15 days for production. The delivery time is about 15-60 days because of the COVID-19.
Q3. What is the chain length?
A.Regular chain length: necklace is 45±5cm, the bracelet is 15±5cm. If you have a special request about the length, please contact us
Q4. Is there a length for the pendant?
A: The length of the pendant is preferably controlled within 6cm.
