How Much Does Shipping Cost?
We provide storewide free shipping on all orders over $35. We cover most of the costs for you and do our best to keep shipping costs as low as possible.
How Fast Will I Get My Order?
We ship your product from our worldwide warehouses. Your order will be at your doorstep within 5-25 business days from the time of purchase. We will do our best to deliver on time!
Where Do We Ship From?
Fragrance-gifts ships products from Amazon distribution warehouses AND our cooperated warehouses in different countries. Your order will be dispatched from the closest distribution to your destination.
Shipping Backorders
In the unlikely event, we're unable to ship your order complete, we reserve the right to ship the stock we have and backorder the items we're unable to ship. You'll be notified via email of the estimated delivery date for your back-ordered items.
Shipping Order Confirmations & Tracking
When your order is fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email stating that your order has been shipped along with tracking information. If you don't receive this email, please contact info@fragrance-gift.com.
